Belize Birding 2015
Mass Audubon staff naturalists Jeff Collins and Mark Faherty were joined by thirteen travelers for nine days in beautiful Belize. Some stayed on for an additional three days of snorkeling in the Belize Barrier Reef of the South Water Caye Marine Reserve. The final bird species count, seen or heard during the main part of the trip, was 242, which is a phenomenal total for a week in Central America.
